Morning Glory uses developmental screenings and assessments to monitor your child's progress and ensure we are meeting their individual needs. By checking the boxes below, you authorize staff to perform these periodic evaluations.

Permission for staff to conduct ongoing classroom observations of my child.
Permission for periodic developmental assessments (like ASQ) to track learning milestones.
Permission to monitor dietary intake and provide nutritional status updates.
Permission to record height and weight measurements throughout the school year.
Developmental Screenings

To support your child's success, we provide or coordinate periodic screenings. Please authorize the following:

Monitoring milestones in speech, motor skills, and learning.
Observations of social interactions and emotional regulation.
Basic distance and focus checks conducted at school.
Basic auditory response checks.
Periodic oral health checks by visiting professionals.

Results of all screenings will be shared with parents.
